We're very pleased to announce that our signature Brothers' Cut Bourbon Whiskey - affectionately known as "BCB" - is once again in stock and this time it's here to stay! Handcrafted entirely from New York State-grown corn, barley, and rye, Brothers' Cut Bourbon Whiskey is our eighth release into the NYS wholesale marketplace.

We personally mash, ferment and double-distill each batch of this premium Central New York bourbon whiskey before aging in locally produced charred white oak barrels from Adirondack Barrel Cooperage of Remsen, New York. Bottled at 92 proof, Brothers' Cut Bourbon Whiskey offers a sweet, nose of brown sugar and vanilla with fresh biscuit, black tea, clove, and distinctive rye spice on the palate. While we've been making Brothers' Cut in very small batches since December 2016, you'll now be able to locate this premier bourbon at retail locations throughout New York State.
